1. I chose this photo because I really like how emotional this photo is. It makes you feel sad and I like that it has such power.
2. No, only the actual photo drew my attention towards it.
3. I believe it made the top 40 list because it is a very powerful picture, it carries a lot of emotion with it. I also believe the photographer had a very nice angle, I like that the dog is not looking at the camera but staring off into the distance as if it were also sad.
